All sales are final.

Due to the custom, limited-run, and made-to-order nature of CINDERNIX products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, design, quantity, and shipping information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@cindernix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

CINDERNIX is not responsible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or replacements due to incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

By placing an order with CINDERNIX, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.
